A.U. Accrediting Board
The Accrediting Board of Aboriginal University is composed of Members of each department in the University who have fully completed dissertation work. The Mission of the AU Accrediting board is to maintain the Indigenous Educational Value system in all institutions within AU and all universities in the ARNA jurisdiction.
Using the ARNA Protocols Curriculum format (Page 9 ARNA Protocols) & Prime Lessons and Aboriginal mathematics measuring system of the ARNA Rites of Passage the AU Accrediting Arm can analyze the operations of any department institution or faculty educator of AU to insure conformity with our Indigenous system of education.
BY LAWS
1) The Aboriginal University Accrediting board is a certified accrediting board via Executive appointment Congressional Statute and government contract.
2) Only Nationals who have completed dissertations and had dissertations evaluated for competency and acceptance via notice of the Chair can be members of the AU Accrediting board.
3) Review standards are set by the AU Chair and can be delegated to all other members for certification of dissertations.
4) The AU Accrediting board can only be revoked by a guilty verdict sentencing the board’s actions, at the Aboriginal High Court or if deferred to the ARNA NJS due to inactivity of the Aboriginal High Court, after a guilty verdict.
5) If a national is not in good standing they may be removed from the AU Accrediting board by its chair or by majority vote of its members. Notice will be given to the former board member by the Chair or the members after majority vote.
6) Only members of the AU accrediting board may start their own Indigenous Universities after completion of dissertations in the 5 main areas: Law, Health, Psychology, Economics, Anthropology.
7) Adjudication or the AU Accrediting board will be governed by the Aboriginal Chiefs Executive decrees, these by laws. the ARNA Constitution , the ARNA Statutes passed by Congress, and by a limited capacity the Constitutional Trust Council. The matter must be referred to the Constitutional Trust Council for review by one of the branches of government.
8) A Treasury will be kept by the AU Accrediting board for managing its expenses.
9) AU Accrediting board members may be compensated for their dissertation assembling and review services and the fees will be standard for all AU board mebers delivering this service.
10) Dissertation assembling and review services will be established by the AU Chair and managed by the AU Treasurer at the discretion of the AU Chair and delegated members.
11) Meetings for the AU Accrediting board may be established by any member. Meetings must be recorded in audio or video and shared with all other members.
12) Grading scale for dissertations shall be on the following assessments
1-10 per area of assessment
1 being excessively poor
10 being excellent
Student Must receive a 40 score or better to be certified
1) Grammar
2) Student Comprehension
3) Student facts
4) Effective Criticism
5) Proper Use of Sources
